Q: How can I qualify for free shipping?
A: Depending on the location you are shipping to, the minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping is $295, with this minimum increasing as you move East. Alaska and Hawaii orders do not qualify for free shipping. Check out our Shipping & Return Policy page for more information.
If you’re located in Las Vegas, give us a call or email us to set up an appointment and you can pick up your order at the warehouse. Save on shipping!
Q: How soon can I expect my order?
A: All purchase orders placed before 12pm (PST) will be shipped out within 2-3 business days through FedEx. Once your order has been shipped, an an email with your tracking information will be sent. As we are shipping from Las Vegas, Nevada, shipping times may vary depending on the location.
Q: Are the catering items sold safe for food?
A: All of our disposable plastic and wheat items are made of 100% BPA-Free PET Food-Grade Plastic. They are completely safe for food.
Q: Do you offer samples?
A: We do offer samples. Contact us to let us know what you’re looking for and we can have a sample kit sent your way. We want you to feel comfortable knowing our products are right for you.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: CMJJ Gourmet Inc. accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and Afterpay.
Q: Can I add to or modify my order?
A: Once your order has been placed, we cannot guaranteed if it can be modified. However, please contact us ASAP and we will see what we can do!
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If we have not shipped your order yet, we can cancel and refund your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
How Do I Place My Order?
Ordering is quick and easy through our online portal! Open 24 hours, 7 days a week for orders, simply add the product to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button from any of our product pages. You will see your items appear on in your cart on the top right of the screen. You can begin the process of check out by clicking on the cart icon.
We do offer returns for orders reported within 10 days the order was received. You can request a product return by contacting our Customer Service. However, refunds and exchanges will be determined after a return request has been sent. This also depends on the products ordered and the state of the product.
